Depends on the game. But Xbox is very consistent on delivering you exclusive pre-order content that you get emailed to you directly. Can't say if PlayStation does the same (I don't think they do.).

It doesn't say anything about: The game Metal: Gear (NES/FC version) Snake’s Revenge,

Digital Graphic Novels for Metal Gear Solid, Metal Gear Solid, or the Metal Gear Solid: Digital Soundtrack.
