Yes, if you are switching from your stock radio to an aftermarket radio and you have steering wheel controls you CAN have the ability to use them with the new radio, however you must buy an adaptor to make it work, it is sold separate, they never come with the radio. I have paid between 59-100 but it is different for each car and that was for an Integra and Civic SI, also it needs to be programmed, which the Geek Squad will do if you have them install it and 9 out of 10 times they are giving away free installation with purchase of a radio. If you buy the adaptor for the steering wheel and you do not get it programmed, it will not work. When I bought my last one when I had the App Radio 3 put in they programmed it, then I switched to the App Radio 4 and it wouldn't even work with that radio even though they were the same brands, they had to do it again which only took a few minutes but was a hassle because they forgot to do it so I had to go back to the store and have it done.
