Can't tell if trolling or not but yes it does, you even see them in the trailer. Also for anyone else asking Samus is a female, no i didn't assume her gender cuz Nintendo even says Samus is female. The joke is that "Metroid can't crawl" though you see the first instance of "Metroid crawling" in Metroid Zero Mission which is a GBA remake of the NES Metroid. The Prime series is considered a first person shooter with platforming. One last thing is that there is a reason why the series is called Metroid Prime, i won't answer but the internet exist if you wanna know cuz the answer is awesome.
