You should unless you have activated it. If you activated it, it's almost easier. Since Microsoft will let you cancel your subscription and issue the refund, Bestbuy will look at you with a blank stare of deer in headlights if you haven't activated it since it's not a card it's a installed application, the whole thing is a rip off.
