• Yes. After you install the batteries and turn on the mouse (the keyboard has not switch), all you do is plug the USB receiver into an available port. Windows will recognize the device and load the driver. It only takes a few minutes.

• Yes, this item is plug and play. You would simply need to plug in the USB dongle and your system will install the drivers automatically.
