The paddles from the elite series 1 will work just fine, but you will need to purchase thumb sticks specifically for the series 2. The series 1 thumb sticks are not compatible.

Yes, ALL parts work from the Elite 1 when put onto the Elite 2. Joysticks, paddles, and d-pads. Anyone saying otherwise is poorly informed.

Yes elite 1 will work with this controller. The beauty of them selling it cheaper without the paddles etc. you can use the older ones.

Tumbsticks are not compatible, not sure about the paddles.

I think the paddles from elite 1 will work just different size/shape, but the thumbsticks from elite 1 will not work on any elite 2
