Yes they most certainly will if the item is available in the store as long as its within the timeframe I've never had any issues with my replacements and yeah theyll allow u to purchase a new plan for the replacement if thats what you meant

Yes you can, use geek squad protection they have to give a new one and then apply a new geek squad protection to the new controller now you have a brand new controller just for the price of geek protection also the 2 years get add on so basically every time your controller breaks in 2 year mark you get a new one for a fix price of geek squad protection. And there more if there a new elite 3 you can bring in your elite 2 exchange it for elite 3 under the geek squad protection. You only pay sticker price ones. GAME ON GAMERS.
