“We have the remote linked to our Xbox x but it keeps disconnecting and it’s fully charged. Kind of frustrating as it was t a cheap controller. And we were told it was a good controller. Any help would be appreciated”

Same problem its the bluetooth adapter only goes maybe 2 feet. Buy bluetooth adapter for closer bluetooth and itll stop.
