• The Cronus zen I think is what you are looking for. This controller will not help recoil control. As of right now the Cronus zen is not considered cheating but really just a hinderance to actually getting good at a game

• If you’re talking about it counter acting recoil in game then no. This controller doesn’t do anything for you or make you better it is just a higher quality controller.
