I believe they do and your local Bestbuy should have been able to order one for you and had it delivered to you or to the store. That's what my local Bestbuy said to me. I just chose to buy the new one and pay the difference for a anothe newer model and Geek Squad protection on it.

They are ducking us. I have had no answer either. Weeks have gone by. This company should just close down already it died the second Jeff Bezos was born.
