A:AnswerMore Xbox Elite Wireless Controller Series 2 controllers will be back in stock as soon as they're available. Every new Xbox controller also comes with a 90-day limited manufacturer's warranty so if it's still within the warranty period, we recommend contacting Xbox Support for assistance here: https://beta.support.xbox.com/help/hardware-network/controller/wireless-controller-solution
A:Answer“More has been on the way” for over 4 months now. My xbox elite controller is completely unusable with the amount of stick drift it has now in the time waiting, My 2-year warranty is just getting more and more wasted, I recommend not buying the product at all because the amount of problems it has fresh out the box along with not being able to get new one with your warranty. How can a brand as big as Best Buy be this long out of stock, extremely unprofessional. If you want a scuff controller, I recommend scuffgaming.com , they will not be as much as a joke and unreliable as these guys.
A:AnswerIf it lasts that long. My Elite 2 broke with bumper problems after two months. A Microsoft ambassador on Twitter admitted that Microsoft knows of the issue and has not recalled the product or told anybody about it.
A:AnswerI bought it with the intention of playing 2k. Not the best game to get full use out of it but I like to utilze the back buttons for passing quicker blck attempts. Phenomal for FPS
A:AnswerI talked to a Microsoft embassador over Twitter because my elite 2 has already broken after two months. And he said that there is a second iteration of the elite to coming out and that's why there are none on the shelves, the 1st iteration had multiple problems. I would be very suspicious about getting this product.
A:AnswerI spoke to a Microsoft ambassador over Twitter they said the product is not in stock because there's an issue with some of the features breaking, they pulled it from the shelf and are putting a new iteration out but they did not tell anybody about the broken controllers. My elite 2 is one of them with the long outstanding elite 1 bumper problem, my elite 2 broke after 2 months.
A:AnswerYou don’t just get that credit. You have to own the insurance plan on your controller and have a defective item obviously to activate the insurance. In that case you would bring it in, make insurance claim and receive your money back equivalent to what you paid for originally.
A:AnswerAs of now there is only BLACK. I wish they would have some variation. They always stick with the blacked out theme with the ELITE controller. I actually like the colored A,B,X,Y buttons. But they are always grayed out on ELITE.
A:AnswerThese controllers never went on sale originally and probably won't go onsale now. They are hard to find and in top demand. If you didn't pre-order you better pay up online.
A:AnswerThe Xbox Elite Wireless Controller Series 2 won't have a reduced price for Black Friday 2019. To see this year's Black Friday deals at Best Buy, go here: https://www.bestbuy.com/site/black-friday/sale-ad
