A:AnswerUnfortunately, there is not. The same thing happened to me, and I looked EVERYWHERE including directly with Microsoft, and they responded that they don't make replacement USBs for this, and I would have to buy a new. I tried to buy from another brand who did offer USB replacements like Logitech but Best Buy didn't have a vast enough choice in ergonomic keyboards. In this area, they really lack. I bought this same one because it is most comfortable for my hands/wrists.
A:AnswerWell, if you're asking if the keyboard it comparable to a laptop I would say NO. It doesn not have a screen OR a cpu OR hard drive OR....
If you're asking if the keyboard is comparable to a keybaord that is also on a laptop then I would say YES. it is better than a keybaord on a laptop.
A:AnswerNo they are not.
However if you install the software, it will show you on the screen the current state of them when you toggle them.
For example, in the lower right of the screen it'll say "CAPS LOCK ON" when you press the key on the keyboard if it was previously off.
