Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.It is a 1 time purchase you do not have to renew. BUT the Microsoft support end date is Oct 2025, including security patches. They might extend the date, but if they don't, after that date you would be taking a security risk. Once support ends your option would be to buy a newer version or subscription. All that said, this might be better price-wise than a subscription, depending on when you buy this (i.e., # of years before support ends).

After the year, buyer would have to renew subscription every year in order to keep the programs. I decided to buy the program outright to avoid that yearly renewal.
