“I somehow lost Microsoft Word, in Office Home & Student, I logged into my account, did the re install - key code no longer works, it tells me it's already used. How do I get a new keycode? Help, I am dead in the water!”

• I read somewhere that if you uninstall your current Microsoft Office, then enter the key when re-installing it could work? Nothing to lose and maybe it works.
