• Office 2019 cannot be installed on Chromebooks. You can find our help page on installing Office on Chromebooks here: https://aka.ms/AA4rinm. It tells you how to connect on Office 365 account so that your documents sync between the Android Apps and your PC.

• No, you cannot get the full version of Microsoft Office on a Chromebook. You need a Windows OS for that. There is a free app, or you can work on things through Google docs, but you will need to have internet access and again, it won't have all the features as the full product.
