• As with most things today, there is no printed documentation whatsoever. The download and installation of home and student office 2019 will include the normal help files, which also include internet access to Microsoft help website system. Shouldn't have any problem at all getting the information you need.

• Office 2019 is installed on your personal computer and does not require internet access to function. As for an app that works on documentation, you might want to check out our Office Support Center and click on the Word, OneNote, and Publisher icons: https://support.office.com/
