- Answer I just purchased a new Asus laptop and the Microsoft Home and Office at Best Buy. They did the whole install, even helped me setup my Microsoft account prior to leaving the store. I also purchased the whole Geek Squad tech support, so if you don't have that you might want to purchase it and then bring in your hardware so they can install the Office application. You should call the store or stop by and ask.

- Answer No. Don't make the mistake I did by purchasing 2 for 2 separate Chromebooks. This will NOT install on a Chromebook. If you have a student email address, then you get it free.

Questionis this a lifetime subscription? If I download this on my windows 10 Lenovo laptop, and it breaks down, forcing me to purchase a new PC, do I lose that license, or can I at that point down load it once again to my new PC?

- Answer When you go to the Microsoft website to enter your license key, they MAKE you sign up for a Microsoft account. That account holds the license key and is aware you are the owner of Office 2019. When you get your new labtop, go to your Microsoft account and you'll be able to download it from there. That is one good thing about having to sign up for a Microsoft account, even though I'm usually against it.

- Answer If you select the product key card option for Office, you'll download your software digitally and you'll be sent your activation key code in the mail. The key code comes on a card. That card is the closest physical form of media you'll get with the latest Office releases.
