“In order to install I need to create a Microsoft account. I can not create a Microsoft account. The "create an account" button takes me to a blank page every time. I've tried this on two computers and it fails on both. Please Help!”

Have you tried creating a Microsoft account outside of the Microsoft Student Home and Office Setup? I would try with a browser, and if there is an issue with that browser, I would attempt to use a different browser. Try multiple basic troubleshooting, and if that does not solve your problem, contact Microsoft for assistance.
