• You can only have Office Home and Student 2019 installed on 1 device at a time. If you need to replace that device you can reinstall it on a new device by following the steps outlined in our help page here: https://aka.ms/AA4rq32.

• You bought the product, it is yours forever. As long as you have the product key, the username or email account used to register the product, you can install in the new PC. Since it is easy to lost the cardboard with product key, I suggest that you keep a notebook and write down the product key, name of product, email account, username used to register the product.
