I would get a can of air and blow around the key it may have something stuck under it . This keyboard is delicate to food particles. If that does not work out could be a faulty keyboard.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I would say keyboards might be faulty. I purchased an open box item and have had no issues. All keys are working fine, no additional settings need to be adjusted I just plugged in the USB and went to work.
