• Just go to the nearest AT&T Store and purchase a sim from them. You should be fine since you have an AT&T plan. They will set it up for you. They did a great job with mine.

• You should be able to take the Surface Duo 2 to any ATT local store and they'll have the appropriate SIM card and will help you activate it. If you are simply changing phones from an old smart phone and you want to move your number to this new device then they will help transition the number to your new Surface Duo 2.

• If you go to ATT they will give you a new Sim free. You can also get an esim if you prefer just as simple as the physical Sim card.
