Your question makes no sense.....nothing has "built in internet"....if that was a thing, which is it not. If you are asking if you are able to access the Internet, yes. You are still required to have internet access via WiFi or wired access point and use an internet browser such as Chrome, Firefox, or Microsoft Edge.

Surface Laptop comes with full capability to connect to WiFi. If you are looking to connect via Ethernet, you will need to purchase an adapter separately.
