- Answer Great question. Microsoft 365 (which includes Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel) is not included with Surface Laptop Go, but it is available as a separate purchase.

- Answer HD, not internally, but you can have an external. Memory is not expandable. This is one of the shortcomings... so you need to buy it with the amount you think you need.
