• No, Windows has its own security system, but it is not the best. It will do just fine if you are staying off sketchy websites.

• Absolutely. Best Buy is recommending Trend Micro Security System. I've had it on several computers the past year and have been happy with it. When I went to Best Buy last week, I got a 5-user Trend Micro for $33.00. That's a great deal.
