Does it come with fingerprint capability? Instead of having a password, does it come with the ability to be able to swipe your fingerprint to unlock? (like the iPhone 5s)

Not that I know of. If you choose to use a picture as your password, you can draw a design over the picture. Its pretty cool and it safe.

Not that I have been able to find in settings. But I'm sure people will find a way to make it happen.

Not a finger print but you can set it to use a 4 digit pin OR a picture password instead of your MS account password.

I have had my SP3 for over a month. No fingerprint scanner. It has front and rear facing cameras, but they are very small. You might be able to get an external fingerprint scanner that plugs into the USB port - I don't really know. Sorry I couldn't be more specific.
