• I understand this question is very old, however I am tired of it popping up in my community board to respond. I'm sure by now you already own one as they have been available for some time.

• The higher model was released earlier this month; however THIS model (i3) was not. The Microsoft store is releasing this model on 08/01/2014 (amazing they did not know that in their comment above), so I am assuming that Best Buy's release of the i3 will be around the same time unfortunately. I am wanting to purchase one, but this month-long wait after the initial release may push me to purchase a different brand as I need a system now.

• It started shipping June 20th. For the UK and Australia they have to wait until the end of August.

• Hello there, According to the retailers website, the Surface Pro 3 starts to ship out to customers on June 20, 2014. I hope this was helpful to you.
