• Yes the internal storage is upgradeable and is located on the rear panel behind a cover. it is a smaller size or special type im not sure but you should be able to look it up once you look at your stock ssd storage. Someone posted a picture in one of the Q&A's just above this one if you want to see it specifically.

• I think you could, but it would require a full back up, replace the hard drive and reinstall windows and your programs from the backup

• The simple answer is no, not without sending it for professional service and paying $$$. The closed case architecture means you have to be an expert AND have the right tools to remove the screen without cracking it.
