• A:Answer No, not include pen and keyboard they must be purchased separately. You can get Microsoft 365, Copilot, Xbox games with it and another features like a normal computer.

• A:Answer Not sure I completely understand the question, but I can tell you that my Surface Pro did come with a plug in charger that connects to the tablet via a magnetic connection to the right side of unit. The USB-C is on the opposite side of the unit and is not impacted by the charger. Hope this helps.
