Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I am not tech savvy, but I bought Windows 10 to upgrade from 8.1. It did not install on my computer and geek squad doesn't help remotely. You need to take your computer in to get it installed for another $100 even though I have a contract with them. So, I tried to install it on my laptop that has 7, no luck there either. Don't know if it will help you or not, just my experience.
