• One came as a flash drive and did not have sticker. Other came as CD, as requested and it did have a sticker. Maybe you should put CD in a plastic case and use the label to identify it.

• Sorry, there is no sticker saying, "Windows 10", to put on your case. But it does contain a card with the Windows 10 Home Product Key information. Keep this card in case you ever need to reinstall Windows 10 Home.
