• Probably. Caveat - make sure your system has the minimum hardware requirements to run Win10.

• We can't guarantee that it will fix your issues. We recommend that you backup your data and do a fresh installation. That will give you a clean version of Windows 10, then you can move your files back onto your fresh OS.
