To put it simply, yes. There’s a lot of bits and pieces that go into build a PC and whether the parts are brand new or used. But assuming everything’s is new and everything was put together correctly. Then when turning on the pc the bios page should pop up and you can then check to make sure everything is working as it should, then simply plug in the drive and you should be prompted from there. Good luck with your build. (P.S choosing compatible parts is probably the most important part so take great care with that)
