• Yes one can be purchased actually comes with a set up to that plugs right into the USB port on your Xbox One S or Xbox One X it's made by insignia last time I checked I paid $20 for it

• No it does not come with a battery, however you can purchase them separately. You can use a rechargeable battery or standard batteries.
