• Yes it is compatible and it does have aux that works with mic enabled headphones except iPhone headphones.

• Yes, it’s got the standard Xbox usb and headphone jack on the bottom, and the microUSB for charging or using with a PC on top. Also has Bluetooth built in for PC use as well. All Xbox controllers and peripherals are compatible with all Xbox systems. I hope this helps. :)
