Yes, it will work...as long as you have HDMI port on the monitor. Surface for sure, under Settingss go to display, works great up to 23 feet, not 24 or 25, 23 maximum.

Not well, or at least not well enough. Used this on Surface Book 2 and Surface Pro 3. Spent 6 hours troubleshooting and fighting with drivers to get it working, and the screen tearing and mouse lag was so awful I returned it.
