“Does this come with the stick tension adjustment key or is that included with the Core Controller? I haven't purchased either yet and I can't seem to find out which one includes the stick tension key.”

It comes with the core controller

We tweaked immediately after opening it and he does not have the accessory set yet. I think the only 2 things you do get with the core controller are a long charging cable and the adjustment key.
