wish it wasn't only for new accounts I feel cheated null

It was a come on, a fishing for accounts. A free month should be a free month, but it is not. I have never had it and it still charged me.

You can't extend lower tier memberships anymore , if you have gamepass core you have to full cancel membership and give up what time you have left to activate premium.

It works on old accounts just have to sign in computer with the same xbox account email

Just make a new account to play the game...
