How do I cancel the 1-month membership? null

You can cancel anytime by logging into your Microsoft account, going to Services & subscriptions, and selecting Cancel next to Xbox Game Pass Ultimate.

I believe you just go to your google account and ask for it to be turned off.

Easiest way to do it is to log into your microsoft account on a PC and look for the "subscriptions" tab. You have the option to cancel and turn off automatic payment from there.
