How do I cancel my subscription? null

For Xbox One: On your Xbox One console select Settings > Account > Subscriptions. Choose the subscription you want to cancel, and then press the A button. Under Payment and billing, select Cancel Subscription and follow the instructions. For Xbox 360: Start your Xbox console and choose “Accounts” in the Settings menu. Select “Subscriptions”. Pick the subscription you want to cancel and press “A”. In the “Payment and Billing” section, click on “Cancel Subscription”. Follow the instructions.

If you bought a card for 12 months it will cancel itself after 12 months. If you use a credit card on the Xbox you have to go into the settings and under subscriptions you can cancel, hope this helps!
