If the code was purchased online, please check your spam or junk mail filter to make sure the email containing the code didn't accidentally get sent to those folders. You may also check your Best Buy Digital Library online to see if it's there: https://www.bestbuy.com/digitallibrary/listing
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Had the same problem as receipt sent to me electronically. Was not aware the code does not appear on electronic receipts. You will have to go back to the store where you purchased and get the printed receipt. If purchased on line, you can get via your purchases or call 888-237-8289 but don't call today (Christmas) as you will spend a lot of time on the phone being transferred to be told they cannot help you today :-(

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I just went thru this. The 25 digit number should be on the receipt. If not you have to go back to the store and see if they can either give you a copy of your receipt with the number or you might have to contact Xbox (Microsoft) directly.
