A:AnswerIt took about 2 weeks for mine to become available. I called the best buy to see where it was since it said I had ordered the product and was worried about it effecting my credit score too. The lady from best buy was able to pinpoint where my console was (on a truck) and it was available to pick up in store in two days (after the weeks of waiting). I would suggest calling customer service and seeing where your console is and go from there. After that I had no issues getting my console. Best of luck!

A:AnswerMine did too and though there’s shortages and scalpers I managed to get one. I’d suggest check in a couple times a week.
