“Why do you show these as being available for store pickup in three days when they aren't? I went through the credit application (and was approved) based on the stated availability. This needlessly affects my credit for a good I can't receive.”

It took about 2 weeks for mine to become available. I called the best buy to see where it was since it said I had ordered the product and was worried about it effecting my credit score too. The lady from best buy was able to pinpoint where my console was (on a truck) and it was available to pick up in store in two days (after the weeks of waiting). I would suggest calling customer service and seeing where your console is and go from there. After that I had no issues getting my console. Best of luck!
