The first answer to this question was unnecessary and definitely NOT helpful. Best Buy is giving everyone the run around and it’s understandably very frustrating. Every Best Buy I have spoken to either on the phone, online, or in person have all given me different answers. No one was rude to them, just wanting answers that make sense.

Really? Chat says one thing, corporate says another, actual human beings say something different? THAT is not helpful.
