I was told by one of the help agents that it was dropping at midnight cst. Obviously it did not !! Why lie Best Buy? Not cool, Bruce !

The person saying 7 AM CT isn't necessarily correct. The Best Buy customer service doesn't even know what time - I've only had two people give me a release time - one said 9 AM CT and one said 7 AM CT like this person. However, the VAST majority of them have said that they don't get that information until the day of, sometimes not even until it's actually available, because the manufacturer doesn't want to risk leaks.

People are already lined up, there’s a list of stores online that have the consoles. They will hand out tickets at 7:30 and open at 8am.
