it is compatible, its probably stating that because it wants to make sure ur buying the "newest" version for the "newest" console.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.It works on anything Bluetooth and even the original fat Xbox one. These have a bad problem with constant disconnects or "connect drops". I'm just getting last Gen version instead with the headphone jack.
