• Hello, The Blizzard CX1 Turbo Team comes with an air-driven brushroll. This attachment is designed for low to medium pile carpets and rugs, and performs well on those carpets and rugs. If your carpet or rug is longer, or more plush, we recommend a Miele vacuum with a height adjustable power brush roll. Regards,

• I have used this on our carpets and it works fine. I think they are referring to the fact that it does not have a self powered carpet attachment so it doesn’t glide as easily over carpeting, you have to push it more. It does have strong suction though.
