• Yes, it does. It is just slightly smaller than the watch, but it latches normally. The 42 will also fit the 40, there is just a slight overlap of the band. It really isn’t noticeable.

• No, the 40mm band will fit the 38mm Watch. The 44mm band will fit the 42mm watch.
