I believe you are INCORRECT, unless the manufacturers are insane, as I ordered one and it is very comfortable, and the attached wrapping, and this item on the manufacturer's website show this same picture. Also, I turned it around the other way like you suggest, and it is thinner on that side (where the split is) so it makes you fall backward. Where did you get your idea that you knew what you were talking about?
