A:AnswerI believe you are INCORRECT, unless the manufacturers are insane, as I ordered one and it is very comfortable, and the attached wrapping, and this item on the manufacturer's website show this same picture. Also, I turned it around the other way like you suggest, and it is thinner on that side (where the split is) so it makes you fall backward. Where did you get your idea that you knew what you were talking about?
A:AnswerIt flattens less than 50% for me; it’s also worth mentioning that I never feel the hard surface underneath the pad. As someone recovered from a slipped disc in my lower lumbar and scoliosis this cost effective support pad has exceeded my expectations.
It’s not just comfortable it is also sturdy and supportive.
