• The xbox 360 version as far as I know is unique to the xbox 360 and you can't play with Bedrock versions of the game. The switch is using the Bedrock edition of the game which is like the one on current gen xbox ones and windows.

• The Nintendo Switch does allow a Microsoft account sign in for Minecraft. This will also allow you to access any purchases made in the Minecraft store on your 360 in the Switch version. It will allow any other Microsoft account users to play on your world cross platform too!
